Workshops

Trained in 2022 by Ped - a former Teach Firster and now L&D specialist - on his workshop design mastery programme, I am now available to develop and deliver high-impact learning experiences that address your unique needs.

You may need me to support your team as they think through a complex phase of strategic planning, develop an organisational wellbeing initiative, or take on new and unfamiliar responsibilities. You might want me to help you communicate a new vision to your whole staff team, or engage them in exploring values. You might require some facilitation to help your board focus on scenario planning, or you might want your non-teaching staff to develop a greater profile.

Whatever you need, my approach to designing your learning and development is holistic and collaborative. I draw on theory and practice from a range of areas, including instructional design, organisation development, systems thinking, design thinking, developmental psychology, Theory U, psychodynamics and constellations, and work closely with my clients. You will be involved at every stage of the process, from conception and planning through to post-session evaluation and review. At every stage, my aim is not just to maximise the impact of a learning experience but also to help you create organisational learning, ensuring that impact is sustained and your culture and practice are transformed in the ways you need.

I also offer L&D consultancy, helping you develop meaningful learning experiences - workshops, conferences, seminars, etc - for your own staff as you seek to build a learning organisation.

Whatever your L&D needs, just call …

“Learning organisations are skilled at five main activities: systematic problem solving, experimentation with new approaches, learning from their own experience and past history, learning from the experiences and best practices of others, and transferring knowledge quickly and efficiently throughout the organisation.”

David Garvin, Building a Learning Organisation (HBR)
